The Comedy for Peace project was established 4 years ago as an interfaith event with Jewish and Muslim comedians. Since then, we have had shows in more than 30 cities in America and Canada. Last November we were part of the New York Comedy Festival, we are keep travelling and 5.29.24 8pm will come back to New York, for One Night Only! Scroll up and watch our trailer. The first goal of Comedy for Peace is to show everyone that we can very easily collaborate, share the stage, have fun and laugh at ourselves, without any politics involved. It is hard times, but we have to stay together and believe in a better future. Join us for a night of great comedy and hope.

Liz Glazer
A Jewish, lesbian comedian, actor, and writer who used to be a tenured law professor, a job she was very funny at. Liz is a recent first place winner of the Boston Comedy Festival and Ladies of Laughter Competition, and has opened for Myq Kaplan and Maria Bamford. Her recent debut album A VERY PARTICULAR EXPERIENCE — recorded at two sold out headlining shows at New York Comedy Festival — debuted at #1 on the iTunes comedy charts where it stayed for 6 days, and was featured in the New York Times. Liz has also been profiled for her comedy by the Wall Street Journal, a premier publication for comedy.
Gibran Saleem
A Muslim American comedian who was born in North Carolina and raised in Virginia in a Pakistani household. Gibran is the only comedian to ever be chosen as a finalist for both the Stand-Up NBC and NBC Late Night program. Gibran has been featured on MTV, TV Land, Popcorn Flix, PBS, CUNY TV, VOA, Elite Daily, and Cosmopolitan and performed his stand-up television debut on Gotham Comedy Live for AXS TV. He is a staple among college campuses and travels throughout the year.
Erik Angel
An Israeli-Jewish comedian and the founder/producer of the Comedy for Peace. Born and raised in Israel, moved to New York a few years ago. Since then, he has been performing all around the world. He appears at Carolines on Broadway, The Laugh Factory in L.A., and many other significant venues all over the US. He has opened for major headliners including Maz Jobrani, he regularly tours Europe, and performed in Israel and Tokyo. He’s been seen on NBC, was part of few comedy festivals and has 3M views on Tik-Tok. His comedy is very surprising, clever, high energy, deals with being a recent immigrant, fortyish, a newlywed, that he's Jewish, and speaks English-Falafel 24/7.
Iris Bar- (Carolines, Curb your enthusiasm, Friends)
An award-winning actor and comic that has toured with her stand-up and solo shows around the world, including at the United Nations for over 100 ambassadors and delegates. She launched her career as a New Face at the Montreal Comedy Festival and having lived in NY, LA and Tel Aviv in equal parts, has entertained audiences with her sharp and hilarious insights on life across cultures. Her credits include recurring roles on Curb Your Enthusiasm, Hacks, Night Court, her original series Svetlana and DAI which won the Lortel Award for Best Solo Performance, 2 Drama Desk Nominations and a UK stage Award nomination.
Eman Morgan
An Egyptian American comedian born & raised in Los Angeles California has become one of the hottest & funniest Middle Eastern comedians today. He performs across the country & thrives off of performing for anyone, anywhere, at any time. Alongside comedy, he has also launched his very own Short Tie Necklace Accessory line.
