Funny Over Fifty is an evening brimming with entertainment from some of the funniest, friskiest women who just happen to be over 50. You can expect hilarious stories, standup comedy, and the occasional sparky song. It’s a warm and welcoming space for all genders and generations. Don’t miss this unique evening that celebrates inspiring women and non-binary performers.

You'll find Felicia performing throughout NYC. In addition to live appearances, Felicia is blogging, podcasting and writing a sitcom based upon her life in the comedy world. She also just filmed her hour special at West Side Comedy.

JANICE MAFFEI is a storyteller, humorist, and playwright who started stand up in her 60s. She’s appeared at Joe’s Pub, Caveat, West Side Comedy Club, and in Woodstock, 50 years too late to meet the other Janis. Check her out on YouTube and Medium.

CYNTHIA KAPLAN is the author of two acclaimed collections of comic essays, Why I’m Like This: True Stories (Barnes & Noble Discover Great New Writers) and Leave the Building Quickly, and her work has appeared in many publications. She writes for and appears in film, TV, and theater, and she leads the award-winning band The Cynthia Kaplan Ordeal. Her comedy and music extravaganza, Cindy of Arc, was a 2023 finalist for the Richard Rodgers Award for Musical Theater and will be presented by Seattle's Intiman Theatre as part of their 50th anniversary season. She has never appeared on Law & Order.

NANCY GILES is an emmy-winning contributor to CBS News Sunday Morningas well as an actress and writer. Nancy has starred in two television series, playing Private Frankie Bunsen for three seasons on China Beach and hostile waitress Connie Morris on the sitcom Delta. She's had guest roles on shows including The Jury, L.A. Law, Spin City, Law & Order, Dream On, and The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and has appeared in some of your favorite films including Working Girl and Big. Check out her podcast, The Giles Files where she pairs ukulele with trending topics from pop culture to politics.

MINA HARTONG is an award winning comedian (Olivia Travel, Joe’s Pub, Broadway Comedy Club), an Emcee, Educator, and Funny Lady. Her career has taken her to NYC Public Schools, Europe, Australia, classrooms in Tanzania, and Correctional Centers throughout the tri state area. She has been performing and touring for over twenty years. She hosts her own Comedy Show, Lez Out Loud, which just had its tenth sold out show. Mina is a member of the Lincoln Center Director’s Lab and was a finalist for Ladies of Laughter.
