- Want to work on building your comedy toolbox? Are you looking for meaningful feedback on your material? Or are you interested in getting your start as a standup comic but unsure where to start? Join us for a Four-Week Standup Intensive with Clayton Fletcher! Our 4-week course reviews topics including writing skills & stage presence, joke structures, where to find material, and the basics of crafting a set. The course will conclude with a show at West Side Comedy Club, allowing students to perform their 5-minute set in front of a live audience. Please note: Final Performances are recorded and subject to be used on our social media platforms. Our instructors are all working comics themselves with credits to their name; they can speak directly to the industry as it is today. Clayton Fletcher is one of the Co-Founders of FUNY Standup, in additon to being a NY-based comic with a special, Middle Child Syndrome. Clayton is also the co-author of The ROI of LOL (p. HarperCollins) where he shares what comedians know that business people should know!Other credits include: “The Ivy League of Comedy Live from the Emelin Theatre” on Amazon Prime, ‘Best of the Fest’ at the Stockholm Comedy Festival, Sirius/XM’s Laugh USA, Blue Collar Comedy, and Jamie Foxx’s Foxxhole stations. - Comics Helping Comics! A Panel Conversation
- Join us April 29th at 6pm at West Side Comedy Club for another installment of:Comics Helping Comics! Our panel of industry veterans, including Felicia Madison & Eddie Brill (with more names to be announced soon) will offer words of wisdom, anecdotal stories, and provide insight into what has and has not worked for them on their comedy journeys. Attendees will be able to ask questions, and take advantage of our panel's combined wealth of knowledge. We hope to see you there!

- 5-Week Comedy Intensive with Jocelyn Chia
- This Advanced 5-week course will focus on writing techniques, stage presence, and help you continue to hone your unique comedy voice. Every week you will have the opportunity to get onstage and receive feedback in order to level-up your 5-minute set.The class concludes with a show at West Side Comedy Club, providing students the opportunity to perform onstage in front of a live audience, and receive a professional recording of their set (please note recordings are subject to be used on our social media platforms).All of our instructors are working comics themselves with credits to their name; they are able to speak directly to the industry as it is today.This course is intended for comedians of all levelsAbout Jocelyn Chia: Jocelyn Chia is a Georgetown Law graduate and former M&A attorney, and is now a regular at the best comedy clubs in the world including Comedy Cellar, Gotham Comedy Club and West Side Comedy Club.She has been featured in Vulture, South China Morning Post, CNN, BBC, New York Times, and the Independent UK.
